A kiss on the neck has nothing to do with love to a man. That's a physical act which results in a physical reaction. Most men would interpret that as a sign of something sexual. Please remember that with men there is a huge space between sex and love, not so much with women. You can't use physical stimulation to suggest or hint at love. Just say it. In plain english, loud and clear. Thats the best way to see his response. Kissing his neck will just cause an erection. LOL Do both and your in business.

Just on the neck? No kiss on the lips? I mean, if you go from a kiss on the lips to a kiss on the neck then yes, I would get the hint that your interested in "more than friends"... but if you just went straight to the neck, I would just think it was some wierd Vampire thing.

Yeah, I would. I've never received a kiss on the neck for Christmas.
Sadly to say, I've never received a kiss on the lips... but that's because I'm prude and I avoid high school relationships. I don't know, but my friends find me very attractive; I still avoid it all because it's just going to end up like crap if i break up.
Anyway, that depends on how you always treat me. If you're always sweet and nice to me and give me nice blandishments, then I would get the picture.
If that ever happened to me, I'd fall in love with you instantly.

Well i would really like the kiss on the neck and hope that it meant more than friends. But I would need more than that maybe you could work your way up to his lips. Or just tell him how you feel.

On the neck? Well normally, "friends", like under misletoe, it's just a peck on the cheek, but I think you need to implement the "12 Days Of Christmas" and do some more kissing, if you want him to know it was more than friendship, because sometimes girls do things like that to men, even "friends" just to tease.

A kiss on the neck is definitly more than friends. Not everyone thinks so but considering the .. danger.. aspect of it, it is a very intimate thing, not only to kiss a neck but to allow yourself to be kissed. You mention you are shorter than he is, so he had to look up for you to do it so .. hint hint .. he was exposeing the easiest access point to his death.. IE his carotid artery (sp). I have several female friends who.. even tho I trust them. I would NEVER let them kiss my neck. ON the other hand I have several female friends that do kiss me on the neck .. and one likes to bite my ear (LONG story lol). And yes, we are more than friends.
