Click on the "Start" Button, and then click on "Run"
You will get a small box where you can type some commands.
Type C: and press enter
You will find a new window opening which is showing you the content of the C Drive of your computer
You will find the folder "Documents and Settings" over there..
Happy Holidays

I think that folder is hidden. In your explorer window, click Tools > Folder Options > click the View tab > find & click Show hidden files and folders
Then go to My Computer & you should see it inside. Just explore your computer.
