Start up Microsoft Outlook and go up to Tools, E-mail accounts and Add a new e-mail account. If you are going to be using a POP3 server you need to know the details of the pop3 address and the smtp address and your e-mail address and your user name and password

You will need to upgrade to Mail Plus for $20 per year.
No ads and you get a pop3 account to have your mail go to your Outlook box. And much more.

You must be using a paid ISP - not a freebie, for openers.

I have to use Outlook at work because that is what is set up, however, I do not like it. For personal use at home I stick to Yahoo.

If you insist:

I in no way enable something to pass into in my laptop. Outlook immediately get all junks into gadget while internet site pass to grant us a decision what to open or delete. Virus are dealt with on the internet itself instead of having it into gadget.
