With Vinyl tile, you can go to home depot or menards and buy a floor finish specifically for the tile. It'll be like mop and glo only more permenant. It goes on with a sponge mop or an actual floor refinishing pad or I find that the applicators they sell for painting walls that have a replacable sponge and a plastic handle work the best.
Just make sure your floor is very clean and dry. Apply in one direction, overlapping each pass. If you see lines, then you could buff it out.
You can apply it as often as once every year or just as needed. Just make sure to read the label on the back because sometimes you have to strip off the old finish to put on a new. It depends on the product, though.
They also make a product called renewal that can go over any old finish. You could check into that too.

Getting the old tiles up would be a chore. as quickly as you have them bumped off and the floor prepped for the vinyl tiles, mark out the development with chalk line. consistently attempt and have all your cuts on the least considered nook or wall. additionally degree for the midsection of the room and commence there so with any luck the tiles are almost even on the partitions. you will additionally choose for to get vinyl adhesive. The tiles won't arise without it, yet they do tend to slip around whilst setting up them. And a foul seem or nook can throw off the finished factor and seem adverse. in simple terms wait and notice and make the effort.

You need to 1st find out what kind of tile you have. Some tile is made with a flat sheen. If your's isnt, wax and buff. You can rent machines pretty cheap and usually a few times a year will do it. Good Luck :)

Wash the floor first, then use a soft buffing pad and some floor wax.

Walmart uses a stripping agent and re-waxes all the time. You wouldn't want to do that at home, the chemicals would stay in your house.
