Depends on how thick the paper is. Most of the time the pages are very thin and won't absorb. They do make great origami paper though.

gee that's shocking why did you ask that... i met an ambulance driver,he was telling me about people (who turned out later that they have not been particularly religious or even non believers)
on his arrival at a bad accident crying out to Jesus or god to help them because they think they are going to die ,such an important holy book to so many and you say that, i bet you are laughing reading this, i might post the question "why do people put down others just to feel good" and you can answer it

it`s just paper with words that stupid people can`t understand,go ahead.there are more where that one came from,it`s the best selling book ever.the bible means (the book).nothing you can do will change what`s in it.burn it if it makes you feel good.come on just be happy.
