I have this bump on the side of my toe, on the side thats next to my little toe. Its very tender and at times makes it all but impossible to wear my shoe! Is this a "corn"? Where did it come from? What do I do about it?

It sounds like an ingrown toenail, which I am having to deal with right now. Try soaking your foot in some Epsom salts, which if there is swelling should help decrease it.

They have little life saver type adhesive pads to keep the pressure off to stop the irritation under the Dr. Scholls brand. Let your nails grow longer if it is ingrown, and wear comfortable shoes.
