Get a calendar and on every day you have contact, visits, etc. write down all the details...times, what was discussed, plans that were agreed upon. When the grandmother picks up the baby, ask her where the father is. Ask about plans he has for the weekend. Write EVERYTHING down. A few days before the court date, transfer all that info onto a paper that's neat and legible. Let the judge make any decisions based on that. Do not accuse him of not spending time with the baby. Let his actions speak for themselves. She'll ask him the appropriate questions. Good Luck to you!!

What is so bad about the grandmother spending time with your baby? Tell the Judge exactly what you posted here. But, don't do anything to jeopardize the grandmother's right to see the baby. Most states will protect her right to see the child. If you disregard this, you may alienate the judge.

Keep data on when your child is picked up and by whom. Take your information with you to the judge. Tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

Try to get some actual evidence to show the judge, suspicion is not enough for her (the judge) to act upon.

I'm not trying to be rude but he may be just trying not to see you. My brother would have one of us go pick up his daughter to avoid his ex which was actually better because all they ever did was fight which was horrible for their daughter
