Learn to have some self respect for yourself. You deserve better so go find it and get over the tramp. I heard one time....The best way to get over someone is to get under someone. Doesn't always work but sometimes it does.

Cold turkey. Send her a letter through the mail or an email explaining what you know and how it hurts you and how it's unfair of her to walk all over you like she has. Then you block any emails from her. Have a trusted person censor any mail from her. Screen your phone calls. Put all souvenirs of your relationship in a little memory box and store it away with all your other souvenir stuff. She is your past and you are going to make changes in your life starting with dating new people and maintaining relationships with people who treat you with respect. Sure, she broke your heart but you are a strong person and you will realize there is more to the world than just busting your butt trying to make someone happy when they don't appreciate you. Enjoy spending time with quality people who enjoy being with you. If you bump into her it's okay to make eye contact, nod if you feel like it but do not approach her. Let her make the first approach only to tell her you don't think it's a good idea to talk and walk away.

I wouldn't bother send something explaining your feelings. I would not even ackowledge the fact that she exists as that is more respect than she deserves. Do not call do not email, do not return calls or emails...Very simple and even a moron will get the picture sooner or later.

you just need to think about things becouse i know its hard to stop talk to a girl i loved but it had to be done it might take awhile to move on but if you want to be happy tell her it's over and find someone who will care about you thiers's more fish in the sea (more woman)

I agree with the other posts here. Use email and tell her exactly how you feel and to stay away. It's easy for a guy to forget what he originally meant to say when that poonytang-thing is just a foot away.
