I do a lot of recessed lighting and here is a ROUGH pricing on just the cans, the switches and circuits would be extra.
-6" recessed rough-in cans $20 each, maybe less if you shop around.
-bezels for the afore-mentioned cans $10-$30 depending if you want gold trimmed or eye-ball style.
-my price for the work would be $35 per can but it would include the wiring -Romex, flex/conduit would be extra.
Depending on controls and effects desired the price may vary. Solicit bids from electricians in your area, you'll be surprised at the variation in price.
