well for christianity after getting saved you have a feeling like no other which is the Holy Spirit coming into your body. you can feel true holiness with the blood of Jesus Christ.
Do you mean divine healing. Since God created us and is master of nature, we can ask for healing with the Holy Spirit and the power of God from any illness.

God is with you now friend. Learn His ways and you will soon see it as it is. God walks with us and He talks with us. He goes before us and He gets behind us. He encompasses us round about. Don't look for Him He already is there. Just believe it.
Get into the word and let the word get in you.

you will know you are moving in a spiritual way- by your feelings ~
when you feel better, more LIGHT and more HAPPY- you know you are moving towards spirit... what feels good? what makes you more conscious ..more awake...or....what feels bad? this is your internal guidance system.
