I am like you because of the way my body is I can't do physical exercise either.
What I did do was stop drinking Coke and had Soda water instead, also stopped eating potatoe crisps and have rice biscuits instead that is all I did and I have lost 12 kilos for me that is heaps I was 89 kilos and now I'm 77 kilos also I haven't had much of an opportunity but if you can sit in a pool and gently move your legs and arms and suck in your gut muscles mine don't work real well but I still do it. Just take note of what you are putting into your mouth you will catch yourself out many times Good luck

Hi, There is a way to lose weight without excercising. It's called an alkalarian diet. I'm sure it's different from what your nutriologist has given you. I have fibromyalgia and I've combined the Alkalarian diet with nutritional supplements and have seen better results than the Alkalarian diet on it's own. Here's the challenge, its kind of expensive to do and you pretty much need to stop eating most of the thing you love to eat. Thanks to this program my pain has gone down to 30%, I've lost about 40 pounds and I'm able to excercise now! I couldn't excercise in the past due to the muscle and joint pain. If are serious and would like more info let me know.

A few years back, I heard of a program called Oxycise. It was an exercise program based on breathing, which pretty much anyone who can breathe could do. I knew people who lost weight using it. Also, there are chair exercise programs for people who can't walk. It doesn't matter what you do, any increase in activity helps and also helps you to feel better about yourself.

Good Luck!

Weight loss surgery-like gastric bypass /lap band surgery / stomach stapling and gastrectomy have become very common and very safe now. My cousin got her Roux-en-Y gastric bypass surgery in India. She has lost more than 65 lbs in 5 months and is very happy with the results. The price for obesity surgery is very less in India. My cousin just paid 25% of the cost she was quoted in America. She got her surgery from a company called Forerunners Healthcare.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and magazines. I have read a lot of their patient stories also. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low cost, as bariatric surgery and weight loss surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that your Obesity surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

follow what you dietician advised you and start walking
you don't have to walk more than you can bear
start with one minute, then rest when you feel better start walking again. you can gradually lose wight by walking, with time increase the speed and duration.
if you can't walk you can use your wheel chair it burns calories , you can also get help from a physiotherapist or a trainer who can visit you at home .
good luck.

Talk with your doctor. Maybe try swimming or arm cycling. Your doctor should be able to come up with some type of exercise.
