Well if you have to rethink about if your man loves and cares about you or not... then either
1. you are a young teen who confused
2. insecure about yourself
3. or worried that he might find something out that you did, but you do not want him knowing

Wait and see if he says it first. Dont say it until he does and see if that works. Also , you could try talking to him about it and tell him you wont be angry if he tells you he doesnt love you like he used to anymore. At least this way you will know its time to move on if your thinking is correct.
