I don't know and I don't care. Just stay the hell out of NJ. We don't want your kind here, we have enough derelicts.
By kicked out, do you mean you fled the state? Was there a warrant for your arrest?
Call the municipality where you were convicted or the Ohio state court and ask them if you're allowed back in the state, or if they have any outstanding warrants on you.

Why the hell would you want to move back to Ohio? The only reason to move to Ohio would be because you live in Michigan. Go some place nicer like New Jersey.
On a serious note... Did a judge just tell you to leave or do you have something "official"?

You cannot get kicked out of a state....
If you fled the state they will still be interested in catching up with you.
Were you formally chargde with a crime, what did the Judge give you.
Chances are if you were a juvenile at the time your records are sealed. If it is an old offence chances are it could be considered a spent conviction.
Kicked out of the state....don tthink so

Why would you want to go back to Ohio...unless of course you are currently living in PA, in which case I can understand your desire to return to the "north coast". Ohio is suffering from terrible mismanagement in Columbus so you might not want to go back for more than a visit. I would think as long as your record is clear and you have no intention of breaking the law again you should be fine to return.

I've never heard of a State being allowed to "kick out" someone for any criminal offense. Who kicked you out? What kind of legal documentation do you have that proves you were 'kicked out'? Something tells me you've been buffaloed. -RKO-

There is absolutely no legal way for the legal system to force someone to leave any state, so you can, in fact, move back.

I did not know a state could do that. I would ask the court first.
