I don't know how much this will help, but here are some websites I found. There aren't very many, though. Perhaps you can find other Nigerians in your area that could teach you or locate a college/university nearby with Igbo-speaking Nigerian students? Otherwise, I suppose you would have to enroll in a course. I'm sorry if I was not helpful...

I sincerely hope you are able to find a way to learn Igbo, though!

You can try finding language members on www.polyglot-learn-language.com, where there are people from all over the world who i'm sure, will be willing to help anyone who wants to improve on a certain language. You'll have to join, but its absolutely free!
There are courses like Assimil and Rosetta Stone, where, although not free, they teach courses in different languages, i'm not sure if they also teach Igbo but you can try and check them out :)
I'm in a similar situation too- my mother tongue is meant to be Mandarin chinese, but I grew up learning and speaking English so my Mandarin is really rusty, and i want to improve on it so i may go back to my home country one day and become a language teacher ^_^
Sorry I can't help you further though, but good luck in learning Igbo!

Sorry but I wouldn't know where to suggest. It's difficult enough to get us Brits to speak any language other than English, (but in my defence, I am slowly learning German). Good luck.
