Hey, there are people who are fat and people who think they are fat, you are one of the people that arnt fat.

If you are convinced that you are fat than work out a little get some excerize no big deal! There is this site i use all the time www.am-i-fat.com becuase i am self paranoid myself. All you do is type in your height and weight and it will give you results of your body fat and if your overwieght, skinny (ext). And just rember if you have "meat" on you this doesnt make you fat, dont feel down on your self !

Right now your body mass index is at 23.5. Getting at 25 would put you at overweight. Try to get your number down to 21 or 22. Do this by eating healthy, lifting weights and using cardio.

You are at a healthy weight. Everybodys body is very different so even though you feel like you weigh more than you should, it just depends on the way your body is built. You might have more muscle (which weighs more than fat.) I always felt like I looked huge but everyone told me I was a twig. I never believed them.
You can go to website to look at charts and calculate your BMI to see if you are at a healthy weight.

you arent really fat, just a bit chubby. your BMI says your within normal healthy range, which means you have nothing to worry about! if you would rather be a bit slimmer then you can do crunches, or run, or weight lifting and those wobbly bits will be firmer and slimmer in no time!

150 lbs is not fat for someone who is 5'7". If you do wan to lose some weight/get in shape, I wouldn't lose more than 15 or 20 lbs if I were you.

I think you're fine. Are you muscular? If have ANY muscle, you're fine.

Don't go by what the scale says. In the end your happiness isn't based on a scale--it's based on how you feel. Do you consider yourself healthy?

If you do, then that's all you need.

Tiffany, you are not overweight. Well maybe just a little but not more than maybe 5-10 pounds or so.
Don't sweat it.
