We have a child together and we have been together(back and forth) for almost 9 years.I am not seeing potential signs for marriage. Also, I have trust issues with him. Issue: I FIND IT REALLY HARD TO TRUST HIM AGAIN. After going through so much in the past.

You cannot possibly love this person. Love is a natural decision we make based on mutual caring, trust and reliabiltiy. After 9 years....give it up.
Nine years without a true committment or mutual love and respect is not healthy. What is the child learning from this example?
First you say that you "love deeply", then you say you have gone through, "so much in the past." You are confused.

You say you LOVE him? Then what is the problem. There has to be something there that keep you coming back for more. Communication has been the number one relationship builder since the day of creation. Find out the heart of the person and build from there.

If the basic you couldn't give your trust in him,
seems to me that it's your internal warning sign buzzing.
I don't know, ultimately, this is your own power, your life.
