i know to get good at throwing is practice but can any of you tell me how to start throwing needles cuz there is very little information on it(im talking about the like 6inch or more needles but any would do)

There are actually many theories behind how to throw anything of any shape of any weight of any throwable size. A few people make it their lifetime pursuit. It would be hard to answer an open question like that as we don't know where your martial arts background lies. If you want a taster, there is a set of 'easy to obtain' VCDs available in your local Chinatown if you have access to one or you can purchase online here, http://www.plumpub.com/sales/vcd3/coll_SLweapons.htm. The demonstrator use to be really good. Not the best, but really good. All the instructions are in Chinese but you can pick up his movements and practice for yourself for fun.

Stephen hayes book is good for this (see above). Hayes is actually throwing Bo-Shuriken, which are more of a spike. They are wider and heavier than a needle of the type you'd use for sewing. However, you can throw them more easily because their weight is good for the directness. smaller, thinner projectiles go off course more easily.
I wouldn't reccomend working with something that is not the same shape, like a knife, since the technique will be different. Work with some bo-shuriken, which are easy to get on the net, or something of a similar weight and shape to get the technique. It is complicated, but grows on you.

First, you need to pratice on easier weapon like throwing knifes. Once u got the hang of that next pratice the chopsticks than u can pratice needles.

I believe they are darts rather than needles, but what do I know. Any metal worker can make some for you.

I never heard of throwing needles. Wat i know is spitting needle through your mouth or shooting needles from a tube. The spitting needle stuff was used by ninjas long time ago.
