i exercise at the gym every day...there is no need to go on a diet like you said since you are happy with your body and everything but work out more and if you dont have the time to go to the gym then do sit ups and stuff in your room...
good luck hun, i struggled with that for a long time!
you'll be fine, AND it could be baby fat..you never kno..
good luck

aiight..well im pretty much going through the same thing. evr since the summer i gained like an xtra 2 lbs on my stomach. but i think its starting to go away. herz wut i do:
i dont drink any sodas coz they make u want to eat more fatty foods. i eat atleast 2-3 fruits a day. i jog/run atleast 10 minutes evryday. i drink lots of water. i also do 50 krunches 3 times a day. and 25 sit ups 3 times a day. after 1 week ive lost 5 lbs and i only have a little more xtra substance to get rid of..lol of corse after u lose it u still have to keep up wit sum of the stuff...maybe not the krunches and sit ups...d*** those hurt!!

im close to ur age too :-)

im about your age and have the same problem...you could probably just watch what you eat and maybe drink more water (that helps with your complexion too!) and do a few crunches at night or in the morning and you could do some simple pilates exercises- they give you nice abs and aren't hard moves and you don't even hardly sweat. search yahoo for pilates websites there's a magazine's website i've been to before and have really helped

Abs: word. Abdominals are between the toughest muscle groups to construct. the secret is repetition. sit down-united statesare no longer the only factor you ought to do, you could attempt doing a circuit. this is once you do a million set of a million workout and then pass on the the subsequent one, then finished all workout , then repeat. attempt this work out and after a million month a on a regular basis repetition I promise you consequences. bear in concepts this is what I do this is beneficial to chop back the numbers and steadily artwork your way as much as bigger numbers: 50 crunches : hands on head, elbows touch quadriceps. 50 sit down-ups: hand on head, elbows touch knees. 30 leg will enhance: lie flat, raise legs aprox. 2 feet. from floor then backpedal without touching the floor. 30 siscor kicks: lie flat, raise legs aprox. a million feet. from floor then swing legs to and fro horizantally. Repeat.

Do stomach crunches every night. About 20 every night is a good start (even if it hurts a little--if it hurts, you know it's working!). Keep doing them every night until your stomach looks the way you want it to. Stomach crunches tighten ONLY your stomach--and they do a REALLY good job. That's the purpose of them.

Good luck! I have that same problem, and stomach crunches fixed it! The results will be great. ^_^

work out with a medicine ball, crunches, incline, decline, flat, crossing crunches to worj your lateral obliques to balance out the look of your midrift.

start with the crunches, then work your way up to the medicine ball. lay on your back and have a friend hold the ball, (5 pounds, then 10) lay out flat with your arms over your head (flat on the floor that is) have your friend toss the ball and catch it over your head.. do a sit up and pop that ball into your partners chest, have then throw it back to you on your way down. do as many of these as you can stand. these are a killer but will tighten your tummy rock hard.!
