he never calls and he goes to college and anytime he ever does call its only to see if we can "hang out" he really just wants to do stuff but i dont want that so what do i do

You move on. Good relationships shouldn't be that hard. Now don't get me wrong, there will always be trying times! But not this much. Give it a little test run. Find a friend and hang out as though you could care less what else is going on in the world. See if that rattles him. If not then it's definitely time to find someone new. Good luck!

You can't dump him if he's not your boyfriend. You can't make him your boyfriend if he's not interested. If you don't want to hang out and be friends with him, then move on with your life.
Or did you mean by "do stuff" he just wants to have sex? Then he's just a user so kick him to the curb.

kiss him a lot when you are together and tell him you love him
ya know kinda get mushy with him if he gets mushy back
don't dump him
but if he can't return those feelings give him some time then slowly let him go
but keep up your relationship as friends if you can

Sounds like he just wanting some friendly companionship. Nothing serious. But it might lead to that.Make your own mind up. If you get a gut full of it tell him to bug off.

i think you should leave him alone. I understand that school gets in the way sometimes but what about holidays if he dont spend time with you now then he will never spend time with you.
