should i get my hair bleached platinum blonde professionaly? i have a light golden brown hair and im getting really bored of it? should i mix it up or should i stay with brunette? what do you like better, whats your opinion?

Variation is always good to spice up life. What you need to do if you go for platinum blond is to lighten your eyebrows too, lest it will look fake especially if you have darker eye color. I'm not saying it's not possible. Mariah is half-black and she's a brown-eyed blonde. Just make sure your eyebrows match the hair color on your head LOL. It should be at least two or three tones darker than your head hair but not brunette. DO NOT DO THIS AT HOME. There is a risk of getting blind if you do so. Look for salons that perform this (most refuse to do so, it's "banned") or use non-blinding chemicals. I've heard that Hydrogen Peroxide can bleach your eyebrows. Same with vinegar, and the Acne treatment product Benzoyl Peroxide. There is ALSO NO GUARANTEE THAT IT WILL GO BACK TO ITS NATURAL COLOR ONCE YOU BLEACH YOUR BROWS using the aforementioned chemicals. So be careful :)

Don't do it. I was in the same boat and dyed my hair blonde. What a mistake - It felt dry and anything but soft. Now I'm back to normal and happy about that.
If you want a change you can use some non-permanent color. Sure this won't make you lighter.

I don't know what color your hair is....just remember your hair has to look good with your skin and eyes. Bleaching your hair that color will damage for a long time. If you want something different, try a new cut with some new colors put in for highlights.

platinum blonde was out a long time ago. Moreover, blonde streaks or highlights might be better to change it up a bit without going too far out. Mulit-color highlights?

do it, i think everyone should be really blonde once in their life. just make sure you do get it done by a pro and have the $ to keep it up. you will have to commit to getting your roots done once every 3 to 4 weeks. go for longer than that and your roots will look gross. platinum is a high maintenance color and if you are ok with that then go for it.

i would say to wait a week or so and make sure you are still for it. just dont get a fake looking blonde. i think blonde and brunette both look good, it just depends who its on.

my cousin did the same thing as you and all she does is complain about how big a pain in the *** it is.
