For those who dont know, web weaving is getting in touch with other pagans and witches in your community.
I live in a small town and have started a coven with my husband and a few others, but I would like to expand, not just to get new members, but also to develop some sort of pagan community.
Any ideas?

Hi there!

Well, a couple of folks have already mentioned http://www.witchvox.com; the Witches of the World feature there has pagans listed by state and city. Put up a profile there--even if there's no one else in your area listed, it'll show folks who are too shy to make their own profiles, but who are interested in meeting other pagans, that they're not alone.

http://www.meetup.com is another good networking tool, as is http://groups.yahoo.com. You might also want to try networking with folks in the nearest big city; a lot of people from small towns will travel periodically to metro areas for socialization and rituals. I like Yahoo groups especially for this; if I'm moving to a new city, I type in its name and words like pagan, paganism, etc. to find groups that are focused on the local community.

Online organization is a great way to get local events going. Even if you just get together with folks for coffee once a month, it's a nice opportunity.

Finally, be patient. These things take time, and while you may be frustrated at times, IMO it's well worth it :) Good luck!
