Could not load OpenGL. Make sure that you have the latest drivers for your video card from the manufacturer's web site.

As suggested by the message, you did update your graphic cards drivers, yes? Update DirectX too whilst you're at it.

Call of Duty requires:
"3D hardware accelerator card required - 100% DirectX 9.0b compatible 32MB hardware T&L-capable video card and latest drivers."

You don't say what graphics card you have. It may be a case of you not having a powerful enough card to handle COD, because COD needs a graphics card with Open GL.

Everything up to the last part looked fine. It appears that your video card is having some issuse with OpenGL. Try downloading the latest drivers for the video card, if that doesn't work, check the manufacturers website for info to see if it works with that game. Otherwise I think you will have to upgrade your video card. Hope this helps...

God thats a lot of crap dude, but from the looks of it your video card is having a hard time displaying the graphics. try going into your hardware manager and updating the drivers for your video card. you can also search through a search engine for a newer driver for your card. if still no luck you got to get a newer video card. I suggest a Radeon.

sounds like it is too power full for your video card and screen resolution, try to update your drivers for you video card from their site or buy a new better video card
it is shutting down to protect your computer from damage
if it is trying to force screen resolution and fails this is most likely the cause
many of the new games dont work with older or less powerful cards,i had the same prob with counter strike source and had to buy a new card ,have a nvidia gforce and it works great now

Thanks for all the info. Ok I would start by making sure all of your computers drivers are up to date not just your video card. Also make sure you have all current updates for winodws. Then I would run a system check > my computer > right click > properties > tools > error checking > make sure both boxes are checked test could take a few hours. Good gaming.
