I met this guy in Europe, really liked him, we spent 3 days together, I came back to US. He came to visit me here twice for about 10 days in total. When I realized and told him that it's not gonna work for me he did not say anything but then was crying a lot and said to me that he hasn't got feeling for me strong enough but upset for waisting my time.
But I really miss him now

Sometimes 13 days is enough to know that the feelings aren't strong enough to make a relationship work. You say that now that he is gone you miss him, OK then get in touch with him and let him know that you miss him and then what? Do you want to try and have a relationship that is based on something more than physical attraction? That is something you need to decide. And how would you feel if all he wants is just to be friends? You could also simply call it square and move on.
Long Distance/inter-Continental relationships can work, commitment, dedication and trust are essential elements, those are the very same ingredients that help any relationship survive life.

WHAT WERE YOU THINKING. A nice guy comes from Europe twice to see you, and you have the nerve, to tell him its not going to work for you. Didn't you even take the time to discuss possibilities with him. He come over here, and wastes his time on YOU. I think If you miss him, YOU better get on the phone, and at least, talk to him, in an adult way. Try to think of both of your possibilities this time, not just yours. Every relationship, is where both partners, have to give a little bit.

Looks like both of you have feelings for each other, but not able to or not willing to express it. However, you need to ascertain how this is going to work in reality, as this appears to be an inter-continental love affair!
