well first of all- i AM a boy! and in my family, a lot of the male members have long hair. and in school my friends pull down my hair tie to look like neji from naruto. i dont mind them callin me "neji" cuz it suits me. but the older grades tease me. what can i do to be stronger!?!

It's always something. If they weren't teasing you about that, they'd tease you about something else instead. I bet the girls like you.
By being stronger do you mean physically or mentally? Physically, well, get some freeweights, and don't be afraid to help out around the house. Do yardwork for your neighbors and you'll have more spending money, AND be too buff for anyone to want to mess with you. Mentally, learn all you can, and accept everything that comes your way as an experience to help you grow. It sounds trite, but really, that's pretty much how it is.

Its all a count of decision and how lots time you could dedicate on your hair.
