There's no comparison. Mohammed was a murdering pedophile who started a violent and oppressive religion.

Compare to Acts 3:22, which is cross referenced to Deu 18:18. Moses is predicting the later arrival of Jesus.

Problematic is the referent to him as a prophet, which is not what Jesus was, although he had prophetic powers.

Jesus = Jesus, like Moses, called forth a people to lead them to the Promised Land, the Kingdom of God. Mohammad made no such pledge or effort.

The New American Bible footnote on Dt18:18 reads,"A prophet like me:from the context (opposition to the pagan soothsayers)it seems that Moses is referring to all the true prophets who were to succeed him.But since Christ is the Great Prophet in whom the prophetic office finds its fulfillment and completion, this passage was understood in a special Messianic sense both by the Jews(Jn6,14;7,40) and the Apostles(Acts3,22;7,37)."

I reproduce another opinion which is more authentic.

" Deut. XXXiii-2, God is said to have come from 'Sinai', to have appeared in 'Sier' and manifested himself in 'Paran'which they interpret that God gave the Law to Moses in 'Sinai', that in 'Sier' which are mountains near Jerusalem, he gave the Gospel to 'Isa' and thereby further illustrated the Law [ in token of which 'Isa' himself was circumcised and he himself said that he came not to destroy the Law of Moses but to confirm it], lastly they say that by 'Paran' are meant the mountains near Meccah, where the same Law was perfected and magnified by thier prophet Mahomet, who is the fullness of the Law of God."--[, An Account of The Rise And Progress of Mahometanism with the life of Mahomet- by HENRY STUBBE, M.A. of Christ Church- Oxford, From a manuscript copied by Charles Hornby of Pipe office in 1705, London,Luzac & Co. 1911, pg-162]

You cant differentiate between the prophets sent by Allah.

You are right brother...

Muhammed (Peace Be Upon Him) is more like Moses(PBUH) when compared to Jesus Christ (PBUH)...

Why do Christians argue with this and many other verses? Man if this prophecy fits Muhammed then accept it. Is it not, logical that Moses and Muhammed had human father, both had revelations, both died a physical death when compared with Jesus Christ (PBUH)?

Seriously? All you have to do is simply use your brain and know that this is clearly referring to Muhammad and not Christ.

How can Jesus prophesise himself or his own coming.
