Offer 30% of the original balance to the companies that charged off accounts of yours. Offer to pay that amount in exchange for a complete deletion of the account from your credit report.

If they have been charged off, why are you bothering? The company has written off the debt as bad (which means that it has already been some time since you quit paying).

You might want to check the statute of limitations in your state. Your creditors may not be able to come after you for these debts anymore, and by committing to a repayment plan now, you will be causing yourself more problems then to leave it alone.

If you have extra money, try putting it in a saving account and then using that account to secure a loan to rebuild your credit.
