Neither. I want a guy who is going to stand his ground, but not be a bully about it.

I prefer someone who is equal. Not a push over and not a bully. Those traits only cause problems.

a little of both, they need to be a man and take control when the situation calls for it, but also bend to my needs some.

BOTH... they need to stand there ground but be nice and gentle too
