i f i buy the t115d2 1200 watt max 600 watts rms can i put my 4 channel boss riot amp 1000 watts on it,and will it will it bang

Yes, that should work fairly well, but for the best performance and bang a 1200 Watt Amp would perform better.
You can however boost the performance of the 1000Watt amp by adding lightning Capacitors to it and making sure that the power wires are of a sufficient gauge to feed it the power it needs.

ofcourse you can but don't ask for too much bang bec your subs needs a better amp compare to ypur riot amp to attain its performance.
