If you mean courses, i.e class, that you can take to help improve a language that you're learning, there are some courses, such as Assimil and Rosetta Stone, that are available to teach in many languages, and you can search up more information about it on the internet. I know of many language courses that are available in most of Europe if that's where you are. I don't know if its available in the US, but i know its definitely not available where i am, New Zealand sadly :(
If you're looking for people who can help you, there are many sites out there that allows people to join and become a member, and find other members who will be willing to help with languages etc. I've included some sites that you may be interested in. The second one, www.forum.wordreference.com, is a forum (of course) and you can post questions about grammar, verbs, spelling etc on the site. I find it extremely useful :)
Good luck with learning your language, I hope I answered your question accurately lol
PS: just wondering, what language are you learning? I might be able to help with the language you're learning, just send me an email or something :)

First thing first, you need to learn how to spell properly...!
Second, you go to university and study for 4 years! Unless both languages are your mother tongue, like mine, in which case you just go ahead and get a job translating...
