Yes. It's weird though, but possible. Now all I need is your location to find your Myspace.

In Judaism there is a concept of B'esheret. There are too many meanings to put here, though you'll know when its the right time and place.
No matter what you do or say eventually the right one will become a part of your life. Just take it easy and the rest will be B'esheret.

Yes! Human minds work in strange ways. Did you ever think of jews, Christians, Muslims, Budhists, and many others like : writers, politicians, actors, characters in stories related by others? None of the present believers in religions met the proponents of those religions and yet they love them strangely enough to death. Many sacrificed their lives for them without ever having met them. A friend of yours or somebody else may talk to you about a certain person and you fall in love with that person without ever meeting that person. Mind you love is really nothing but an emotion and humans have emotions positive or negative about many things including humans. How many people love and hate bin laden without meeting him? You may hate me without meeting me, you may love Mendela without meeting him. Again yes! If you think about it seriously, it is loving things and people without meeting them or knowing them that is partially driving the world to disaster. Hate is just the other side of the coin.

Maybe, if you believe in fate or destiny then your heart would already belong to someone you're yet to meet or met in your past life( again, if you believe in that)

Yes, it is possible.
Where love is concerned all things are possible.

I think it's demeaning to the sentiment of love to say that you could. You could of course be compassionate or empathetic, but that's not the same of love.
If your love is so simple that you could love an unknown, I wouldn't call it love.

Hmm... maybe, if you've had enough conversation. That's a tough one, though.
