Well, I took my friend's girlfriend from him, he was living with me but now she is coming to live with me so it's time to give him the big ole boot to the curb. The man has no girl and no house. Anyway, he wants to sit here and argue with me, saying I can't kick him out legally. Can I, or not?

Your a piece of sh*t aren't you? Can you kick him out not if he is on a lease with you. You can not move the sl*ut biach in either actually unless she is approved by the landlord. You and she should both be buried in hell together. You call yourself a friend.

First of all: you cannot kick your friend out if you all have a lease. There are certain legal ramifications that prohibit making someone homeless just because you want someone else to move in. Second of all: why have enemies when he has people like you for a friend? Your friend should not even want to live with a "friend" like you.

You don't sound like much of a friend, mate!
You and your sheila seem to have an honesty problem - that might be something to consider before kicking anyone out or living with someone who may do the same to you (or vice/versa)!

There are different laws in each state. You would need to find out the laws in yours. Usually if a person is staying with you and there is no lease between you. You have to give the person 30 days notice to vacate.

If he's on the lease, then you can't kick him out.
Why would you want someone who cheats on their boyfriend? And you're a jackass for hooking up with your friend's girlfriend.

~If you own the house, you can do what you want.
~If you are on the lease and he is not, then yes, you can.
~Take this to note though...she cheated on him with you...she might turn around and cheat on you for someone else...it is a cycle, and you can't change her.

if were talking legally.... with no contract you can do whatever you want but if you have some sort of contract and he pays then I think you need a legit reason to evict him (his ex moving in isnt good enough reason)
