Unless you are really starving yourself over a long period of time, typically not eating enough or frequently enough leads to weight gain. People should eat, even just something small, every 3 hours or so. My mom who is in her mid 50s lost 40 lbs with no exercise just by eating every three hours. She wasn't eating enough and her body was storing calories because it was in "starvation" mode. Eat healthy small meals and snacks. that will work best for losing weight and keeping it off.

This cannot be good for your body. It may produce some health problems if you do.
Try eating small portion meals 3 times a day and cut out all the starches, sweets and snacks (no junk food) and you will lose weight and be healthy..

No... You would get very sick, and lose almost all of your energy. You will also damage your liver and kidneys. The worst way to lose weight is to stop eating.

If you want to lose weight you should eat very healthy and eat very slowly when you do. It takes you brain a long time to figure out that you are no longer hungry. So the slower you eat the more time your brain has to figure out how much you've eatin. You realize that your full before you over eat.

Yes you would lose a lot of weight,
and become weak and tired and frail and if u carr on like that u would eventually have organ failure and .... die.
And if u did start eating again, you would pack on the pounds twice as fast as u lost them, because u would have completely slowed down your metabolism.

You would become malnourished and weaken your immune system. You would be setting your body into starvation mode. Sure you'd lose weight, but you'd look and feel horrible and cause your body damage. Possibly die...

sure ya would and youd feel like $#!T because you wouldnt be getting enough energy and would probably end up malnurished like an anorexic. best solution for weight loss is exercise.

I agree with Weatherman but would like to add it also depends on how much of that one thing you were eating.
If its like a tic tac well yeah duh you would loose weight. If is was a tub of lard then no you wouldnt.

You would look like those children in Africa who are starving, and their stomachs are huge. I think that's probably not the look you want.
