I have 2 tattoos. Like anything else, I see plenty of tattoos that I can admire as works of art, others that I might not particularrly like and some that I really don't care for at all. But it's the preference of the person wearing that tattoo.

I love them! I personally have 4 and plan to get more and my hubby has 5 and plans on getting more. Tattoos give you a sense about the person wearing them. There are many different meanings for so many different tattoos. They are a form of art just painted on a different canvas. Everyone is different. We have friends that have many tattoos and we have very close friends that don't like them. But everyone gets along. the ones that don't like them actually appreciate the art standpoint.
If you think tattoos are tacky and skanky and trashy..then you shouldn't be in this forum just to judge people. If you don't like tattoos then don't get one but don't sit there and judge others that do have them. I know alot of people with tattoos that are the sweetest people in the world. Including my husband and father!

I think tattoos are a good thing. They are a way to express yourself and beautiful. I don't really like silly, meaningless tattoos. If I was to ever get a tattoo it would definitely have sentimental value to me. I mean I don't want to regret getting a tattoo because it would be meaningless to me later in life. I think that getting a tattoo should be a VERY careful and thought out decision. That's just my opinion.

Well, it depends on where you get the tatoo, and what it is--and what gender you are! But, a heap of tattoos on your body is NOT attractive. Just having maybe one or two small or medium-sized tattoos is cool, though.
I plan on getting one, though. Just a small one, of course!

I have two myself. I am glad I got the one, but not glad I got the other. Tatoos are very artistic when done right, and can be an expression of the wearer. Be careful in what you choose to put on your body. Despite of what the laser companies claim, tattoos do not dissappear completely. Plus you get scarring from the laser.

Tattoos have become so common that it is not a big deal anymore to see them.
My BF is glad I don't have any, because now Not having one is different.

love them. i have 3 tatts and i wanna cover up 2 of them. my mistakes when i was a teenager. however they're all on my back so its okay to have tattoos on the back i think so when i grow older i dont have to show it. its a personal thing.

i think tattoos can add beauty to the skin but they can also make skin ugly... tattoos can be art but they can also be trash... all depending on the tattoo
