Contact YOUR CAR INSURANCE for financial remedy, get the car fixed or buy a new one, whatever insurance company deems acceptable in this case. Then thank God you got the remedy and for the lesson not to park your car in a hazzardous place.

Most likely it would go under your bf's home owners insurance. Otherwise it would fall under Comprehensive coverage on your insurance if you dont want to file it on his...

IF I WERE YOU I'D CONTACT MY AUTO INSURANCE,AND LET THEM SUE HIS HOME OWNERS INSURANCE.
