I internalize my issues to the point that I get so depressed. Like right now I have 8 + essays to do for college applications and classes. My effing future depends on these essays! ahh why can't I just relax. I exercise and eat healthily but the work I have to do just weighs so heavily upon me.

It's all in what you're telling yourself. By saying that your "future depends" on those essays, you're putting an awful lot of pressure on yourself to get them done. Yes, those essays are very important. You will not, however, shrivel up and die if they are not all done or not all done perfectly. There's a really great book called "Feeling Good" by Dr. David D. Burns. It teaches us how our thoughts control our feelings and how we can change our thoughts and in turn, our feelings (we make ourselves feel anxious or sad by the messages we tell ourselves).

Plan out your work, start working and stay on task. Procastination will lead to stress and depression. Just put one foot in front of the other. Work on developing a sense of perspective and lighten up.

It seems to me that you have either not planned your study or what you are studying is far too difficult for you. Speak with a college counselor.

Get some sleep, listen to music, or give yourself a whole day of doing nothing.
