Joie de vivre: Joy of living. A person who loves every moment in their life and lives it to the fullest basically.
Bon vivant: literally means "good living", but the American English definition is a person with refined taste, especially in food and drink, or perhaps someone who overindulges themselves in luxuries; whereas the British English version is more of a social aspect, someone who's socially well-connected perhaps. And don't even get me started on "Bon viveur"! (It means something slightly different)

literraly it means :
- joie de vivre : joy to live
- bon vivant : a good living person
It describes people who enjoy evey moment of their life without regretting anything. They don't care of something is expensive, they will just buy it.

"joie de vivre" is enjoying life to the full, being glad to be alive.
A "bon vivant" is somebody who likes to indulge his tastes in the good things of life, who knows how to spoil himself.
