This is a very good question. Really makes you think. Gonna have to pick one that works for everything.

Wally diver I would never be without
Same holds true for SSR and JSR lures. These all catch many of my bass, pike, and walleye, but I love to go after panfish as well. I have caught just about everything on beetle spins and Mepps Mino. Rooster tails are very versitile.

I will have to go with a #3 Mepps Comet Mino. The best all around just about anything that swims will hit it lure.

My favorite lure is live bait. If I had to pick one it would be redworms and a bobber. In the past 3 months I have caught bluegill, crappie, carp, suckers, walleye, steelhead, largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, and a King Salmon on redworms. My tackle box doesn't look like the guys on TV, but I catch fish!

Real wide open question, sense most of my fishing is freshwater and for bass.
Bass Fishing (freshwater) spinner bait.
All others different configurations of the Spoon.
Of course is real hard to beat live bait tho.
