can u help ? Do u think its ok to keep in touch with my ex,and talk about anything ? even if i have new friends now ? One of my guys friend said its not appropriate to talk for hours with my ex,IF he and i become b/f and g/f do u agree or disagree ? I explained to him, that he has to accept that, is better to be honest right ????

1. Once you get with the guy you like, the other ones will get the picture. Hopefully, there shouldn't be any need for any awkward conversations where you tell the others. This is also more comfortable and natural for the guys.
2. No, it's not fair to the new guy to stay that close and talk for hours with your ex. Please make a clean break and give the new guy a chance.

Hope everything works out :)

It is ok to be friends with your ex. It is ok to be BEST friends with your former spouse. Some people make better friends than they do partners. You must have a strong level of mutual trust, respect or attachment to your ex. A new boyfriend might have trouble and feel threatened by it.

My current husband is very understanding that I stay in touch with my ex. I am also best friends with my husband's ex-wife! We only met after they divorced!

It is hard to let go when you have a history together.
It will be even harder to get boyfriends to understand that you have friendly feelings for your ex. Keep in touch in moderation and your boyfriends won't be so threatened and confused.

Hey you divorced your ex so let him go. You have a life now and you need to be in the drivers seat. You like one of these guys so go with him. I say go with him and let the others go. And quit talking to ex unless you still have something for him and dont string the other guy around like a dog on a chain for petes sake.

guys hate it when girls talk to their ex... hell it sucks when they talk to any guy more than you. some men are more understanding about your friendships than others will be, but deep down no matter what he says its probably gonna drive him crazy. best thing you can do is to talk to him about it and see how comfortable he is about you still keepin in touch with your ex. if hes isn't very trusting of you now its understandable since you recently divorced him and have other men that are interested as well, so it would probably be best to gain his trust before you hang out with other guys
