I need a change
ive been a read head all my life..
my hair isnt relaly really red its reddish brownish
i was thinking of either a light or dark brown?
any opinions?

Dark brown is more dramatic.

How about med brown and med blonde high lights with a little red high lights all blended in;I think that would look great go to a hair dresser and she can do it really good for you.

I am a red head as well, try highlights. You could either go with a more blond highlight to lighten it up a bit or you could do a more brownish highlight for a more auburn look.

I say stay red and go more vibrant of a red as well that is a great color most ppl cannot achieve by color, maybe some highlights or streaks ?

i was thinking for someone who has had red hair for quite some time should probably go dark brown and see how that works out for you.

OMG I have the same hair color, you should love it. Everyone wants a Ginger :) cause we are sexy! Depending on your skin tone and under tones (cooler or warmer) will help you better on deciding which color you want to go for. But keep in mind of those horrible, pain in the bum roots!

light brown if ur gonna change it at all....cuz ur skin tone is going to look really weird in dark brown. and its gonna b weird at first with light brown because red heads tend to have paler skin and frekles and such.....brunettes not so much.

i think u should just get alot of highlights so u barely see the red. because i think u should always have a lil bit of your natural color.

Go light, and that way if you dont like it, it's easier to make it darker than the other way around.
