The brotherhood of fanaticism is closer than the brotherhood of blood. Jesus (is alleged to have) said "He who loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me."
One could argue that the extent that "faith" demands surrendering the humanity you speak of is a good reason for outlawing it. See Richard Dawkins, for one.

Non-Mulsims will never understand the Quran and only Allah can guide the Muslim. Your use of "god" for Allah betrays yor lack of Islam.
If you are having trouble understanding the Quran then you have got to check whether you are being guided or are astray.
When Allah opens up your heart to Islam only then can you understand all that is written into the Quran and Islam takes time to enter the heart as it took 23 years to be revealed.
You dont just read and grasp Quran and you dont question the Wisdom of Allah when you have submitted to the Will of Allah. Allah alone is The Light.

Muslims are meant to appreciate their mothers and fathers. The prophet informed them that heaven replaced into at their mom's ft. interior the context of the Koran, wars to safeguard their united states of america and faith (popular as Jihad) have been a necessity to stay, particularly against invaders. If a muslim dies to guard those issues, he directly is going to heaven. yet that would not choose for terrorists, as they do no longer take care of something, and surely provide islam a undesirable call.

Fight the infidels that fight against you. And that aya you mentioned was divine sarcasm.
Again, if you take a book too literally you'll miss the meaning of it completely.

yes you should respect them. Parents especially deserve the utmost respect according to the teachings of islam. even if they are wrong, you must not hurt or disrespect them in anyway. In islam, it is believed that there is Jannat (heaven) under the mother's feet. its not literal, it just means that the path to heaven is through the love and care of your parents, mother especially.

no i don't agree and few things there are not any i can recollect that i have found myself agreeing with with concern to the quran
simple reason is that go didn't say any of this...people said this people ordered this and claimed the word of god and people blindly trusted the word of men believing it to be the word of god...nothing more to it...i'd give long reasons to back this more but you would get bored out of your mind and its not like many of these people will agree with me anyhow so so be it

I do not believe Allah and my God are one and the same, I think he is another Pagan God, especially since my God's son, who came to die for my sin's loves everyone and every religion, whether they love him or not, so they can't possibly be the same God. Therefore...God did not order anyone to kill anyone...I will end here or my comment will be deleted. After all I am not the ice princess for nothing.

The One True God has absolutly nothing to do with islam in any form what-so-ever.... the PC police on YA will not alow me to say what I want about islam... But I have a personal relationship with God and I can tell you God did not "order" muslims to do anything... except come to Him as He prescribes... which none of them do.
