Form a circle with your forefinger and thumb of either hand.
Pick an object at a distance and view it through that circle, with both eyes open. The object could be a top of a building, a tree, or any other landmark in the distance.
Without moving the hand, close first one eye, then the other. Whatever eye's view matches the view with both eyes open, that is your dominant eye.

The eye doctor would probably be the best way.
Or you can try covering your eyes one at a time and see which one sees better.
