Not at all. He came to save all mankind. The Jews have for the most part never have accepted Him as the Messiah. His sole purpose was to die on the cross for the sins of all mankind. You, me and the rest of the world. That is why we are just as guilty as anyone else of his crucifixion.

In a sense, yes, but he especially wanted to get rid of the hypocrisy within the priests. Read the entire chapter of Matthew 23 to get an idea what Jesus felt about the Jewish priests. I think ti also reflects on some Christians who are led astray.

No, Jesus came, as was prophesied in the old testament prophets, as the Messiah or Anointed One of God, not to correct the Jews, but to fulfill the debt placed upon them by the Mosaic law.
I apologise for the long quote.
Rom 8:1 ¶ [There is] therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
Rom 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
Rom 8:3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
Rom 8:4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
Rom 8:5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

Yes, and if they were to believe Him, they would then have to tell their congregation "oops, we've been doing it wrong". And they would lose their status symbol. Had Christ been born anywhere else in the world, people would have repented of their sins and followed Him...but that wasn't the plan. Christ had to give his life for us...and the Jews were the only people wicked enough at that time kill him. But remember...Jesus was a Jew...He loves the Jews. He wants them to know who He was....and they will. Eventually.

Jesus came to bring violence (Matthew 10) and cause turmoil within families (Luke 12).
The Christian Bible paints him as a conflicted fellow, nice at times, but after not achieving his goal of gaining a big following, he becomes mean and violent.
Fortunately, unlike Christians of the past, many of today's Christians prefer to view Jesus as a kind and peaceful guy. And thus are nice and peaceful themselves.

Jesus came by the Power of God to be made man to redeem us from sin and deliver us to eternal life with God; the Jews as all men have the choice to choose to believe in the Son of God, the savior; no one gets to the father except through the belief in Jesus as Savior; if you don't believe and receive the gift from God you are second guessing our creator , you as man are putting yourself above him and therefore will not be included in the eternal life plan with God. It is all freedom of choice.

Jesus came to give life and life more abundant. and in doing so He had to correct, rebuke, heal, deliver, etc.....Many Jews where open to His teaching. The Pharisees had problems with him because His teachings contradicted their traditions

JESUS came to save that which was lost....
This is the reason he became a man, to give His body as a sacrifice for our sin. He became human to save sinful humanity.

Just like Muhammed came to correct the Christians.
Since their hasn't been any other prophets, don't you think that Islam is the final step?
