this guy i work with has suddenly tried to put me on frontstreet. ive been working at this business for two months, he has never spoken to me. one day out of no where he says i dont speak to anyone(greet) while he was walking by me he then says my behavior is fake. im not there at my job to make friends or acquantices why would he suddenly say that to me.

You need to tell him that you're there to work,and any friendship you have is just a bonus.Some people think that a work place is where you get to act like children.You aren't in school,so tell him how you feel.If he is childish---tell him to back off.I feel you can handle that stuff.....Tell him to see fake, all he has to do is look in his mirror...

What you need to do is ignore him: ) hes probably testing you are see what are your boundries..For christmas wrap of a toy of a fly and but it in a nice box and give it too him: ) sounds like he wanted your attention but didnt know how so it slipped out of him..

Ask him, but if he isn't your supervisor or whatever who cares what he thinks. Either confront him about his comments or let it go. You could also ask other co-workers about their perception. Lastly, sure most of us do not go to work to make friends but it's nice to work in a friendly environment and everyone contributes to that.

Ask him why it means so much to him that you keep to yourself and concentrate on doing a good job. Call him out on why he's asking these questions

My guess is that he likes you and he wants to get your attention. A lot of guys have trouble with just being open about their feelings.
