I heard Africa was really bad for White Female travelers from america.. a friend of mine almost got arrested when she stepped out of line.. Is this true?... Does anyone have a opinion on what the most dangerous, not safe city to travel to?.. Thanks, Ciao

Yes, Africa is pretty much under martial law, and the most dangerous city to travel to for a a white female American would have to be Ar Ramadi, capital of the Anbar province in Iraq, which is most notorious for insurgent activity.

everywhere this is a war zone. EG... Somalia, DR Congo (eastern area), probably Afghanistan and Pakistan. central African Republic. Syria. Yemen. Dubai could be advantageous, i'm uncertain approximately Egypt. Some places in Africa like Tunisia and Egypt are okay.
