Ok i did the same thing last year and have been wearing my hair black for about a year. After bleaching it was hard to hold a color and my hair just turned green so i have been using rinses. Ok back to you

Never bleach your hair again. Now you need a deep conditioner and hot oil treatment applied about once a week. (Motions CPR Treatment is the BEST ever, leave it in your hair for about 30 minutes than rinse. After apply Doo Gro Oil and leave in your hair for another 30 minutes. As you should know they come in different types. Currently I am using the Anti Itch and Growth Oil by Doo Gro b/c i recently had braids.

I was told I should get braids in my hair to avoid me seeing my hair fall out. But first deep condition and treat your hair with oil. Getting braids before treating your problem will only make it worst, when time to take them out.

I suggest you purchase a wig similar to your original style. You dont want anything too drastic looking too soon. But I do not recommend getting braids if your hair has not been treated for at least 2 months so far. Good Luck

P.S Try rinses instead and Im not sure if you dyed it yourself but try a proffessional instead. Better yet if you are not comfortable giving yourself the treatments seek a stylist.

I think you should use a good condictioner and give it time. Hair growth is a process, and takes time. Just be patient and let nature take it course. Good good and blessed.
