my friend is a hair stylist and when she's putting dark colors on dark hair she has to bleach the area they want colored first then go back over the bleached area with the color they want. it usually works out really good. and stays on about 3 months or so..

For really vibrant results you would need to bleach your hair first as most blue dyes work best on pale lemon/yellow hair or white.

1.you need to strip the color out of the places where you want the blue because i did something similar and my whole head turned GREEN for 6weeks.
2.it depends on what brand and how long they are suposed to stay
3.if they are permant and you strip the color first they will stay till you re-dye or till your hair fully grows out...

you can do ti, but thre will be a combination...
it depends on the brand and the quality of hair dye you will going tose, i recommend to you to use wella hair dye, it is availble in the drugstores

you can - you can do temp for 1 wash up to like 24 washes or a permanent for permanent - ( until it grows out ) i suggest the temp first and then if its good for you go for the perm
