i had this dream and i was in bed then i started to feel really weird and then my boxers chnaged into briefs that were too big and then my body started to grow bigger (like fatter) and my body to grow hair too!

Sounds like you are too into your appearance. That isn't necessarily a bad thing, but you it shouldn't control your dreams. Just take care of yourself while you are getting older and don't worry about the rest.
