Your diet doesn't start tomorrow...your life does. And just like anything in life, changing habit takes planning. Regardless of how you wish to loose weight you'll need to make a plan. Never leave this kind of thing up to chance because you will fail. Yeah, planning is kind of a pain but it's worth it in the end. If you choose to go for a low fat diet / calorie counting here are some hints..
The body is very good at being efficient. If you consistently eat 1600 calories a day your body will become efficient at using those calories and not too much more. Mix up the amount of calories you eat. So lets say you decide that you're going to eat 1800 calories a day...that's 11,200 calories a week. Whether you each 1600 calories one day and 1900 calories the next, as long as you stay to 11, 200 calories a week you should not only loose weight but also deny your body the ability to become efficient at using these calories and thus constantly keep is guessing. It never has time to catch up so it keeps loosing weight. Also, drink lots and lots of water and try to get as much exercise as you can.

1. Drink PLENTY of water (6-8+ glasses)
2. Excercise
3. Don't stay home all the time. Get up, get out, and keep busy, this way, you won't constatly feel tempted to sneak something from the fridge or pantry.
4. Never go grocery shopping when you are hungry, you'll buy all sorts of junk food.
5. Pray for success.
6. Do things to motivate you. Get an outfit that you hope to fit into when you lose weight, think about how great it will be to be thinner, ect.

Yes, eat a well balanced diet. Only have one dessert or crunchy snack and in small amounts. Excercise drink water. Eat plenty of veggies to fill you up.Think of a motivating factor to help you. Why do you want to lose weight. Picture yourself more healthy with more energy or fitting into a certain outfit. This will help as well. At the end of each month reward yourself with something non edible such as a massage or a pedicure or a new outfit.

Eat more fruits and veggies. Make a fruit smoothy (ice, frozen strawberries, pineapple chunks and white cranberry juice...yummy, and totally healthy!) The smoothies are very thick so they are very filling, substitute that for lunch. Also, instead of chips, eat crackers with a healthy dip. No more chocolate, if you are craving sweets, eat a jelly like candy. Gym Gym Gym, if you cant get to a gym, walk at least 45 minutes a day...get some cardio into your body to get your heart pumping...hope this helps!

i know its hard to do but if you can stay away from all dairy products you would be surprised at the weight you can lose eat lots of salads without iceburg lettuce use romaine or leafy green lettuce instead the doc told me that ice burg lettuce takes 5 days to digest in your system so it stays on your stomach for 5 days and if you eat a salad every day it will keep the weight on you good luck diets are really hard to stick to unless you really want the weight off and you have good supporters around you

eat properly. plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits, breads and other foods made with whole wheat and that ingredient should be the first item in the list. drink plenty of water, stay away from soda pop. also, exercise all you can. you could attend the Y and do several things there such as aerobics, step exercisers and swimming in the pool. you could walk fast, ride a bike on a regular basis and the list goes on and on. best of luck

Eat most anything you would like, but avoid white flour and white sugar products, diet soda, and deep fried stuff. If you do this then you should have success.
