At least 3:
2Cr 12:2 I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven.

the resurrections and the different levels of heaven are both synominous and completely different according to who youask.
in the old testament i think it was either solomon or david which says there are 7 heavens. in the new testament Paul says he knows someone that was raised up into the 3rd heaven.
in the cor 15:42 paul defines that there are 3 resurrection types of bodies.
and in the mormon church these 3 types of resurrections have 3 sub levels or different degrees themselves.
but is the resurrection types the same as having a different level of heaven? I think so.
it is also written in i think in dantes inferno that there are nine circles of hell. that would be too much of a coincidence.
ultimately however there is only one kingdom of God and the whole universe is heaven. because the entire universe is just another expansion of the sky around us.
then i have my own personal veiw of the kingdom of God which is the Tenth sphere around all the other nine. Where only those that achieve level 9 of the resurrection are allowed to go.

9.
If Heaven is supposed to be the opposite of Hell, and Hell has 9 Circles, according to Dante, then it is logical to assume that Heaven has 9 levels.
Remember, there is a "7th Heaven", and "Cloud 9", and a cloud can be very small, or rather gigantic, so why wouldn't it be part of a level of Heaven?
Or I can just be tapdancing. :-)
