Trying to verify if he said: "Miracles lead us to faith and are mainly wrought for unbelievers." Do you have a source?

Not sure about the exact quote, but it sounds like it may have come from Augustine's "City of God", especially Chapter 8 which is entitled "Of Miracles Which Were Wrought that the World Might Believe in Christ, and Which Have Not Ceased Since the World Believed".
